Purpose & Objectives:

1. To Facilitate harmony and cooperation among all groups identified with bowling in the State of Delaware.

2. Unify all integers of the "Bowling Family" in matters concerning the promotion and progress of bowling in general in the State of Delaware.

3. This Council shall be a non-legislative body and shall not have the power to make decisions that are binding on the member groups, but shall act as a medium through which facts can be developed, ideas discussed, with recommendations to the member groups, all for the betterment of bowling.

1. The Council shall be comprised of members from the following representatives:

a. One representative from each bowling center (owner, manager, or employee)

b. One representative from each association (DWBA, DSBA, WWBA, LDWBA, LDBA, WBA, DSYABA, WYABA, LDYABA, BPAA, TNBA)

c. One representative from each club (500, 600, 700)

d. Three representatives form each bowling center (youth, adult, senior) e. One representative from each of the state's news media (Journal, State News, Dover Post, Smyrna/Clayton Times)

An individual properly certified by the organization that they represent shall be permitted to serve as an alternate for an absent member.
